  The Manuel Beloi Garcia Almengor Group owns 27,000 square meters of land in Capira. The Group has developed two residential communities, three institutional buildings, sixteen multifamily properties, and three offices, and owns 180 hectares of land plus 100 hectares of reforestation. Its assets are valued at$80,500,000.00.

The advisors of  Daphne Myers Enterprises have invested and purshased multiple office space with strong tenants and low vacancy enjoying lower volatility and fully managed real estate investing. We have invested in professionally vetted, fully-managed, institutional-quality real estate deals. When our advisors have rented out office space, we most likely like to get a 12 month lease for that unit. They will have a minimum of 3-5 years on the lease, up to 5 years on the lease, up to 15-20 years. This has led to long term income and cash stability.

The Forest Priority Index is a formula that shows where trees can have the most impact. The formula looks at many factors, including how the region's reforestation will impact climate change, wildlife, and indigineous lands. It helps in planting the right trees in the right places.


In face of deforestation  increasing wildfires, and extreme weather, the world needs trees more than ever. Reforestation is one of the simplest and most critical things  we can do to protect our planet.
